Dr. Y. Gururavitheja is a pediatric surgeon, deeply committed to offering specialized surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents. His considerable experience in pediatric and neonatal surgery allows him to manage a wide range of complex surgical cases involving young patients. He completed his MBBS at Kurnool Medical College in Kurnool, and later, he earned an M.S. in General Surgery from MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur.

To further specialize in child-focused surgical care, he completed his M. Ch in Pediatric Surgery from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru. Dr. Gururavitheja's residency provided him with a wealth of experience in neonatal and pediatric surgeries.

He worked in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. He has been involved in and has independently carried out a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures. These include both urgent and planned operations, as well as those performed using minimally invasive techniques.

His clinical focus includes neonatal surgery, pediatric urology, and the use of minimally invasive methods in children. He also brings expertise to preoperative assessments, making decisions during surgery, and providing postoperative care for young patients.
